• Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Payment Terms

• Fees: All fees for services are outlined in the service agreement. Payment is due as specified in the agreement, and failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of services.
• No Refunds: As outlined in our No Refund Policy, all payments are final, and no refunds will be issued once payment has been made.

5. Revisions

We offer a limited number of revisions as specified in the service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon number may incur additional charges.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Upon full payment, all deliverables provided by Nismo Marketing, including but not limited to logos, designs, and content, become the property of the client.
• License: You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your brand’s name, logo, and any other provided materials for the purpose of delivering the agreed-upon services.
• Third-Party Content: Any third-party content used in our services, such as stock images or licensed software, remains the property of the respective owners.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and agree to keep all confidential information provided by you secure and protected. We will not disclose your confidential information to any third party without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nismo Marketing is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time, subject to the terms outlined in the agreement. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United Kingdom.
